Mr. Nutter is ticked-off due to the recent behavior of some youth banding together to inflict physical and mental violence on unsuspecting, law abiding Philadelphians and now he want to enforce the curfew laws. The only problem with this initiative is the mayor should have enforced the law when our misguided youth began wreaking havoc on the city--a year ago. Mayor Nutter has proven time after time that he cannot effectively lead, pure and simple. And just like the incompetent Speaker of the House John Boehner; Mr. Nutter is one of the “truly remarkable inept” leaders Philadelphia has ever witnessed.
